Avion Sylvester is a master hairstylist with over 15 years in the beauty industry. She specializes in custom extensions which includes cut and color for true harmony. Avion operates by the philosophy, that every woman deserves to look and feel her best. The best way to describe Avion’s hairstyles is a beautiful fusion of healthy hair and absolute glamour. A self-described perfectionist, Avion is best known for her individual creations that are specifically tailored for each customer.

Avion is a graduate of Houston Community College Cosmetology Program. She has also attended advanced training at Dudley Cosmetology University in North Carolina, Bronner Brothers Educator Training, and a host of continuing education classes from Wella, Chi, and Clairol to name a few. She has successfully fused her natural talent with formal training in order to provide her clients with the most up-to date techniques that keep her clients ahead of the curve.

She She Hair is 100% virgin Indian and Brazilian hair that is personally chosen and tested by Avion, in an effort to provide stylists and customers with quality hair that reaps quality results. Customer satisfaction is always of the utmost importance to Avion. And she personally wants to ensure that She She Hair provides an optimum outcome. Avion understands that by purchasing quality hair customers are investing in personal luxury and style so there is no room for compromise.

Avion Sylvester Design Concepts Salon offers a myriad of multi-cultural services.
To ensure that each customer has a look that is tailored to her specific needs, we do not operate by the “one size fits all” model of hair care. We utilize premier products to create customized color, extensions, cuts, lashes, and texture services.

Every look created should be a personal experience; therefore, a consultation is preferred to ensure clients receive a look that will enhance each indivual’s look and satisfy personal hair care needs.

There is a deposit required for all weave/extension services. Every service is by appointment only. Clients will be charged a cancellation fee of $75 for appointments that are not cancelled within 72 hours before set appointment date, and a $20 rescheduling fee unless done in advance. Due to limited appointment space and high volume it is highly advisable that customers not cancel.
